At The Organic Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural beauty journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used organic products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
